North America Visit

It's almost two weeks I spent here in Canada. I want to thank everyone who made this trip real.

During this time I was able to visit Kerry and Carole Allison, Georgina and Arnold Hayes, Sussex Wesleyan Church and Woodstock Wesleyan Church.

Also I had a great opportunity to be at Kingswood University and saw some of my friends.

Sussex Christian School surprised me with a check to buy 83 new chickens for Hope House.

Then we had Fund raising Dinner. And I was so happy to see more than 100 people who really care about ministry of World Hope.

On Sunday  we visited two churches in Nova Scotia - Woods Harbour Wesleyan Church and Yarmouth Wesleyan Church. Thanks you to have us there. It was fantastic time to spend together.

Next day we drove to Beulah camp to spent overnight with wonderful family  Stuart and Phyllis Steeves. Thank you for your hospitality.

Then Director of World Hope Canada Stephanie Gilmer and me drove 12 hours back to Ottawa.

Nazar is growing

I think you will be blessed to see these photos of new World Hope Ukraine member - Nazar.

As you see he is going to be a good pastor - he even sleeps on his knees :))

Congratulations Sergiy and Lena

First grandson of World Hope

I am so happy and proud to tell you that Lena gave birth to a son. His name is Nazar. He is 3,200 kg and 52 cm.

Baby is OK. Feels good and healthy. Mama had an operation because of  internal bleeding (if I spell it wright).

Anyway, today Lena feels much better and even can walk a little.. So we need your prayers for Lena, Sergiy and Nazar and soon (next week) I will bring them from hospital to the home.

Big hurricane in Odessa

Yesterday we had one of the biggest hurricane for last years. At some places water was deep 1 meter. Waves at Black Sea were 4 meters high.

We've been very fortune and no damage at Hope House. But as you can see at pictures some people wasn't so lucky.

First Step Center Update

Team from Broadmoor, USA

In October we had a team from Broadmoor Baptist Church. They came with a special goal - finish the roof of Hope House 2. I think when they came they were a little shocked of the size of our building :)

It seemed impossible from the beginning. But boys and girls worked really hard! So the task was completed!!!

Thank you again!!!Together we can make a difference!!!

We want to thank our friend Barry Boucher for his big heart for Ukraine. This time he came with a special mission to teach us very interesting topic -  'Discovering the God-given Rhythm of Work and Rest'.

Our World Hope Ukraine team as well as girls from Hope House had 2 wonderful days of resting (only Barry worked :)

October - HH 2 construction news

Kerry and me started putting on the soffit yesterday.

Slow but very important job.  We are preparing everything for a team from Mississippi to finish the roof.

Zhanna's graduation

We want to congratulate one of out graduated Hope House girls - Zhanna. After Hope House she went to Kiev Theologian Seminary for 2 more years. Now she has a diploma. So proud of you, Zhanna. Hope to see you in ministry soon!!! May God bless you!!!
